Serving within Pathways ChurchFirst Impressions team
Wash Park: Rob Bauer| 303.761.9464 ext. 215 | rob@pathwayschurch.org These teams comprise one of the most important ministries in our church. They help form the first impression that visitors have of our church community. Our representation of Christ's love and humility to others will help them feel welcome as we worship our Lord. GreetersThe greeters welcome people to the worship services and collect the offering during the service. They help to create a warm, friendly environment while assisting people with any questions. The purpose of the Greeter Team is to create an environment that is welcoming for both visitors and regular attendees of Pathways Church and to ensure that tithes and offerings are collected, counted, and transferred to the appropriate staff member. Greeters serve one Sunday a month at the service they usually attend. Baristas:The baristas are responsible for the refreshments before and after the worship services. The purpose of the Barista Team is to provide food and drink for the attendees of the worship services in such a way that creates an environment conducive to community development and faith sharing. Baristas serve once a month. Set-up/Tear DownThe Set-up/Tear Down team prepares the worship spaces by setting up chairs, setting up the video screen, and making sure the space is logistically prepared for worshipers.
